Why boarding gets messy

A register, a whiteboard and a lot of phone calls

Boarding is busy work. ScoobyCares takes the guesswork out of it.

๐Ÿ“’

Which kennel is free?

Stays are written in a book, so the same kennel gets promised twice.

โ†’ A live kennel board shows who is staying where, and which kennels are free for any dates.
โ˜Ž๏ธ

"How is my dog doing?"

Worried pet parents call several times a day while you're busy with the pets.

โ†’ Staff tap a quick update. Pet parents get it on WhatsApp and stop worrying.
๐Ÿงพ

Counting nights at check-out

Working out nights, rates and extras by hand leads to mistakes and awkward conversations.

โ†’ Nights and price are calculated for you, and the invoice is ready at check-out.

Questions about pet boarding

Can pet parents request boarding online?

Yes. If your clinic has boarding switched on, pet parents can request a stay from your clinic website or their dashboard. You confirm it and assign a kennel.

How do daily updates work?

Your staff add a quick update (meal, walk, medicine, play time, health note) from their phone. The pet parent gets it on WhatsApp and in their dashboard.

Can we have different kennel types and prices?

Yes. Add each kennel or cage with its type, size, which pets it suits and a price per day. The price is copied to the booking when it's confirmed.

Does it stop double booking?

Yes. A kennel can't be given to two stays on the same days, and the board shows which kennels are free for any dates.

Is billing included?

At check-out ScoobyCares works out the nights and creates the invoice, if your clinic uses billing.

Happy guests, calm pet parents.

Kennels, stays and daily updates in one place, so pet parents never have to call to ask how their pet is doing.
